In operation since 2005, WHB Iron Casting produces complex parts the automotive and railway sectors using gray and nodular cast iron alloys.

The company currently used two vertical Disamatic 240c molding lines (800X600X500mm box) and a horizontal Künkel Wagner molding line (1250X900X450 +450mm box). With a capacity of 250 thousand tons/year, WHB Casting is prepared to meet market demands and requirements with a high level of quality and performance deliveries.

WHB’s Iron Casting unit has laboratories that are capable of validating and controlling the quality of products and processes (spectrometer, metallography, sand, mechanical testing, X-rays and ultrasound), as well as its own tooling. Theses assets ensure the quality of products and allow new items to be developed quickly.

WHB consistently invests in research and development, process innovation and technological updates to equipment. To do so, we rely on softwares used for design, leakage simulation and solidification.
