Machining was the first production complex at WHB and it began its activities in 1993. The unit relies on more than 900 state-of-the-art CNC machines, including machining centers, lathes, robotic equipment, and rotary transfers provided by the most renowned manufacturers on the market such as: Brother, Chiron, Doosan, Fuji, Heller, Kitamura, Mazak, Mori Seiki. WHB uses high-tech equipment for specific processes produced by the manufacturers: Krauseco, Mauser, BTB, Sugino, Nagel, Fanuc and Marposs.

The unit is equipped with a metrology laboratory, together with qualified professionals and modern coordinate measuring machines. This technology is added to clean areas, from dirt testing of critical parts to cleaning processes, as well as a form tester and profilometers for high precision measurements.

WHB Machining makes use of a wide range of cataloged and certified digital and analog control instruments. Production controls are implemented through intelligent monitoring, which offers customers high-quality deliveries.
